Fisher Investments was recently named one of the top places to work for recent grads by Symplicity, a market leader in career services management solutions. Employers from across the country participated in the survey, which ranked companies based on benefits, mentorship, training, company culture, Glassdoor.com ratings, and work/life balance. The top 25 highest-scoring companies were selected for inclusion on the final awards list. Award winners were graded on a 6-point scale measuring everything from employee happiness to quality of opportunities.
In selecting Fisher Investments for the award, Symplicity noted the company’s benefits as a key differentiator. A section titled “best part” offered further detail, including, “Bonuses offered twice annually, max 401k company matching, high employee retention, on-site training and education, value entrepreneurial sprits, opportunity to create your own career.” The award also lauded Fisher investments for being designed “with one vision in mind: putting clients at the forefront and building an investment management firm to support long-term investment objectives.”
Lane Jarvis, Executive Vice President of Human Capital at Fisher Investments, commented, “Fisher Investments is honored to be recognized as one of Symplicity’s Top 25 Places to Work for Recent Grads in 2016. We strive to make Fisher Investments a great place to work where high performance is the norm and employee development and growth is paramount.
