Fisher Investments Luxembourg is wholly owned by Fisher Asset Management, LLC, which trades under the name Fisher Investments and is based in the US. When you become a client, Fisher Investments Luxembourg will serve as your investment manager, outsourcing portfolio management to its US-based parent company, Fisher Investments.
