Fred Harring

Fred Harring is General Counsel. He oversees the firm’s Law and Compliance Department.

Fred joined Fisher Investments in 2003. Prior to Fisher Investments, he handled commercial litigation and transactional matters at various law firms. He received his law degree from Wayne State University and completed a 2-year judicial clerkship with the Chief Justice of the Michigan Supreme Court.

Fred lives in Vancouver, Washington with his wife, son, and daughter.
