Russ Kuroda

Russ Kuroda is the Executive Vice President of Technology. He leads the firm’s technology efforts spanning infrastructure, business intelligence, application development and special projects. Russ is also a member of the Technology Transformation Committee.

Russ started at Fisher Investments in 2003 as a Group Vice President of Projects and Business Information. Since 2008, he has overseen firm IT Infrastructure and in 2012, his oversight increased to the firm’s entire Technology department. He previously worked in a variety of industries including software, management consulting, finance and chemicals.

Russ has an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Davis and a Masters in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He also holds an MBA with a focus on Corporate Strategy and Finance from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Russ lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his family.
