Private Banking Test

Fisher Investments GmbH received the highest grade possible (“Excellent”) in the Private Banking Test by Gesellschaft für Qualitätsprüfung—an independent company for quality measurement at financial service providers. This award focuses on firms’ online presence, client service quality, as well as the holistic quality of the advice. A total of 111 independent asset managers and wealth management departments of private banks in German-speaking Europe were evaluated.

Disclosure: First, Gesellschaft für Qualitätsprüfung assessed each company’s website for transparency and customer focus, among other criteria. Next, they interviewed representatives from each company. The interview criteria included level of customer focus and appropriateness of the investment recommendation. In the end, 36 asset managers were awarded the designation of “excellent.” Fisher Investments GmbH pays a fee for promotion and logo distribution rights.
