A Top Workplace in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metro Area

Fisher Investments was named one of the 2023 Top Workplaces in the Dallas-Fort Worth area by Energage. This is the third time Fisher Investments has been recognized. The prestigious ranking is determined by independent workplace survey firm, Energage, based on anonymous employee feedback from hundreds of the region’s top employers.

The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization. To qualify, companies with 150 or more employees in the United States are eligible and you must achieve a workplace survey response rate of 35% or higher. Companies with the highest overall average scores (in comparison to like-sized companies within their region) qualify as Top Workplaces.
