Fisher Investments was recognized on a list of the Top 150 Places to Work in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas area by The Dallas Morning News. The Dallas Morning News and Energage, an employee research firm, evaluated anonymous employee survey feedback from regional employers to create the list. The list spotlights organizations that promote a healthy workplace culture.

Disclosure: The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization. To qualify, companies with 50 or more employees in the United States are eligible and you must achieve a workplace survey response rate of 35% or higher. Companies with the highest overall average scores (in comparison to like-sized companies within their region) qualify as Top Workplaces.
