Ken Fisher founded Fisher Investments in 1979, which as of 31/03/2026 is a $565-plus billion* investment adviser and money management firm serving large institutions and high net worth individuals globally. It is one of the world’s largest pure play ’40 Act Investment Advisers. He was CEO for 37 years and now serves as Executive Chairman and Co-Chief Investment Officer.

Ken’s prestigious Forbes “Portfolio Strategy” column ran monthly for 32 1/2 years until 31/12/2016, making Ken the longest continuously running columnist in the magazine’s history.

Ken is a 2025 inductee to the Texas Business Hall of Fame. He ranked #86 on the 2025 Forbes 400 list of Richest Americans and #226 on the 2026 list of Global Billionaires. He and his wife, Sherrilyn, have three adult sons and live near Dallas, Texas.
