The Investment Policy Committee consists of Ken Fisher, Jeff Silk, Aaron Anderson, Mike Hansen and myself. And collectively, we've been working together for a very, very long time. We have more than 130 years of industry experience, and we're supported by a large and extensive research department.

The Investment Policy Committee is responsible for all of the strategies here at Fisher Investments, which includes not only our private client portfolios, but also our institutional strategies.

The centralized decision making approach provided by our Investment Policy Committee is different from the rest of the industry, because all of our clients can be assured that they're getting our single best approach, rather than a bunch of different individual advisors, all making separate and potentially conflicting decisions for their clients.

We're very proud to say that we've grown a lot over the years, and we have not only many employees, but we have an executive staff with really a lot of depth. And within that staff, we're very also proud to say that many of those folks have grown up within the firm, you might say. Our CEO, Damian Ornani, been with the firm for now over 20 years. Jill Hitchcock, who leads our private client group, is a very similar story.
