ATD BEST Award

Fisher Investments has been honoured with a 2021 BEST Award from the Association for Talent Development (ATD). ATD is the world’s largest talent development association, spanning all industries and sectors worldwide.

The ATD BEST Award recognises organisations that emphasise developing their employees to achieve enterprise-wide success. In awarding an ATD BEST Award to Fisher Investments, ATD cited the company for its work in several areas, including:

• Enterprise-wide, comprehensive talent development
• Business culture that values employee knowledge and skills
• Employee understanding of the link between individual and organisational performance
• The investment and involvement of senior leadership in talent development and performance initiatives
