Fees


a. One-off costs (all costs and charges paid at the beginning or end of provided investment services)


i. Clients pay an initial fee to Fisher Investments Ireland as follows:

*Account(s) that are invested in a PRSA will not be aggregated with other account(s) for purposes of determining the fee tier above, such that account(s) invested in a PRSA will have their initial fees assessed separately from other account(s).

**Initial Fees assessed for Account(s) invested in a PRSA are VAT exempt.



b. Ongoing costs (all costs and charges paid for investment services)


i. To the extent an account is invested in a PRSA, clients pay an annual management fee to Fisher Investments Ireland as follows:

One-quarter of the annual management fee is payable quarterly in arrears based on the ending market value, including accrued interest and/or dividends, of all assets in the investment account(s). For a billing period of less than a full calendar quarter, the management fee will be pro rated. Annual management fees are calculated by applying the relevant rate separately to each tier of assets shown in the table above. Billing computation begins as of the first trade date. Contributions and withdrawals made after the initial billing period that are equal to or greater than €60,000 will be pro rated. However, this only occurs if the management fee adjustment is greater than 0.0025% of your quarter end assets under management by the Fisher Investments Ireland and the management fee adjustment is equal to or greater than €120.


ii. To the extent an account is invested in a PRSA, clients pay a PRSA advisory fee to Fisher Investments Ireland (facilitated through the pension administrator) as follows:

iii. To the extent an account is invested in a PRSA, client(s) pay a pension administrator fee to the pension administrator as follows:

One-quarter of the pension administrator fee for PRSAs is payable quarterly in arrears to the pension administrator based on the funding amount listed by the client(s) in the PRSA application form.
