Our Structure and Values Help Ensure We Always Put Clients’ Interests First
From the founding of our US-based parent company, Fisher Investments, in 1979, the global Fisher group of companies has always sought to put clients’ interests first. Fisher Investments separates sales, client service and portfolio management responsibilities, allowing employees to build breadth and depth in their areas of expertise. We believe this division of labour directly benefits clients by giving them full attention and care at every step of the relationship.
We believe Fisher Investments’ global investment process and philosophy are critical to clients’ investing success. Fisher Investments’ time-tested, top-down investment process starts by analysing global economic, political and sentiment drivers to forecast market conditions and develop investment themes. We believe this approach can help identify and take advantage of the best investing opportunities.
Fisher Investments’ five-member Investment Policy Committee (IPC) monitors global economic, political and sentiment drivers to forecast market conditions and makes strategic decisions for client investment strategies. The IPC has over 150 combined years of industry experience.
Fisher Investments and its affiliates are privately owned and controlled. Being privately held means we control our own destiny. In our view, this enables us to think unconventionally and helps us do what’s best for clients.
We offer personalised wealth management strategies with the ability to devise a tailored plan for each client. When you become a client, Fisher Investments Singapore will serve as your discretionary investment manager and will delegate certain portfolio management activities to its affiliates. In particular, the day-to-day portfolio strategy decision-making will be conducted by its parent company, Fisher Asset Management, LLC, which does business in the United States as Fisher Investments.
