In 2020, Grüner Fisher Investments was named “Top Mittelstand* Employer” by Focus-Business magazine in a survey based on data from Kununu, an employer ratings platform. “We are very proud of our fourth-place finish in the “Finance” sector. A total of 4,000 companies were recognised,” said a firm representative.
More than 950,000 companies and more than four million employee reviews were analysed on Kununu, an internet platform. The survey rated the top German Mittelstand employers in Germany. Grüner Fisher Investments (GFI) was one of five asset managers to perform best in all categories and receive a top five star rating. In particular, GFI earned five stars for its conservative portfolios and its opportunistic portfolios.

Fisher Investments was recognised by the Swiss Sustainable Funds Awards for its US Small Cap Core Equity ESG strategy, which won the 2021 “US Equities” category.
This award recognises the top performing US equity strategies most committed to socially responsible investment practices. The Swiss Sustainable Funds Awards winners are selected by an independent committee, which evaluates funds and asset managers on qualitative and quantitative factors, including investment process, sustainability objectives, management team quality and performance history.
CDP
Fisher Investments was recognised by CDP, the leading global organisation measuring the environmental effects of companies, investment funds, cities, regions, and countries. CDP awarded Fisher Investments' Emerging Markets ex-Fossil Fuels Equity product with a 2021 Climetrics Award.
The annual Climetrics Fund Awards recognise the top five Global, European, US, and Emerging Markets equity products for environmental performance. Award winners are selected from a universe of approximately 20,000 products based on their underlying "Climetrics" scores. Climetrics scores are based on a product's portfolio holdings, investment policy and governance of environmental issues. FI did not pay a fee to participate in the award.
