Founder Ken Fisher’s “Portfolio Strategy” column for Forbes ran from 1984 to 2017, making him the longest continually running columnist in the magazine’s history. Ken regularly contributes to several other publications, including Financial Times in the UK, Børsen in Denmark, De Telegraaf in The Netherlands, Focus Money in Germany, and USA Today. He has also written 11 books on investing, including the bestseller Super Stocks (1984) and the New York Times bestsellers: The Only Three Questions That Count (2006), The Ten Roads to Riches (2008), How to Smell a Rat (2009) and Debunkery (2010). Ken’s theoretical work in the 1970s pioneered the use of the Price-to-Sales Ratio, a core element of modern financial curriculum. Ken’s more recent research has focused on the field of behavioural finance, including an award-winning article published in the Journal of Portfolio Management.

As one of Fisher Investments’ first employees, Jeff has been with the firm since 1983. He is currently Vice Chairman, Co-Chief Investment Officer and member of the firm’s Investment Policy Committee, where he is responsible for portfolio construction and implementation across a wide range of investment strategies. Prior to his current responsibilities, Jeff was Fisher Investments’ President and Chief Operating Officer. He has also served as the firm’s Director of Trading and Operations, where he was instrumental in developing Fisher Investments’ portfolio management, research and trading technology.

Steve Triplett is Fisher Investments’ Chief Operating Officer, overseeing employees in Corporate Finance, Innovation, Human Capital, Technology and Corporate Support Services. Steve started with Fisher as an intern in 1993, going on to hold roles as a Client Service Associate, Trader and Director of Trading & Operations. Prior to being appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2012, Steve was the firm’s Co-President. He has been an Executive Officer and a member of the firm’s Board of Managers since 2001.

Carrianne joined Fisher Investments in 2000 and serves as the Executive Vice President of Fisher Investments’ non-US private client business and as a Director of Fisher Investments Europe Limited. Before assuming her current position, Carrianne served as Group Vice President, UK and Group Vice President, Overseas Expansion. Prior to those roles, she managed the Global Client Services Group. Before 2000, Carrianne was a Registered Representative for First Allied Securities.

Miles joined Fisher Investments UK in 2007. Prior to joining Fisher’s UK operation, he was Managing Director of Towry Law UK Life and Pensions, one of the largest independent financial advisors specialising in investment and tax planning advice to the mass affluent and high net worth market throughout the UK. Prior to that, Miles was Managing Director of Towry Law International where he spent 4 years in Hong Kong setting up and running the hub of their Asian operation. Miles has 31 years of experience in the provision of financial advice, and running businesses which offer tailored solutions in today’s complex tax and investment environments. To this end, his role with Fisher Investments UK provides a great opportunity to build a significant presence for a true global wealth manager in the UK.

Megan has been with Fisher since 2002 and serves as a Director of Fisher Investments UK and Group Vice President of the UK group. She works jointly with Miles Standish in the management of UK operations and oversees all aspect of client service for UK clients. Megan is regularly in the US and UK offices. Prior to her current position, Megan was Group Vice President of Client Operations and a Group Manager within Client Operations. She has also held a variety of roles within the Sales and Client Services departments of the firm.
