Fisher Investments UK has been Certified™ a great workplace by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work®, a recognized global authority on workplace culture and producer of important reviews, including the annual Fortune “100 Best Companies to Work For®” list. Great Place to Work® anonymously surveyed Fisher Investments UK employees as part of its comprehensive review process. The survey measured several factors including compensation, manager quality, overall workplace atmosphere and the pride that employees feel working for Fisher Investments UK.

Great Place to Work certifies companies based on employees' responses to their industry-defining Trust Index© Survey. Results from the survey are highly reliable, having a 95% confidence level and a margin of error of 5% or less. Fisher Investments and its affiliates pay a participation fee to Great Place to Work®, which covers the cost of administering the survey to employees and the analysis and delivery of survey results. To determine the 2022 Best Workplaces™ in the UK, Great Place to Work® analysed anonymous survey feedback from Fisher Investments UK employees. Employees responded to more than 60 survey questions describing the extent to which their organisation creates a great work environment. Based on these survey results and a company culture questionnaire, Fisher Investments UK earned Best Workplaces™ recognition and certification in the UK. Great Place to Work® UK experts analyse thousands of anonymous employee surveys assessing fundamental facets of employee wellbeing to receive the recognition. These include work-life balance, job satisfaction, sense of fulfilment, psychological safety and financial security. Companies must have been Certified™ by Great Place to Work® UK in 2021 to be eligible, and are evaluated according to their size.
