About Herb

As a Senior Vice President of Fisher Investmentsโ€™ Private Client Group, Herb Lyman serves clients and prospective clients in Texas. Herb can review your current financial situation, discuss your investment goals and objectives, and help determine whether Fisher Investments' approach might benefit you. He can also help you understand how professional money management compares to other options available, empowering you with the information needed to find the best โ€œfitโ€ for your investment needs. Herb began his career in financial services in 1967 after graduating with a degree in Finance and Economics. His extensive experience commenced in Houston, Texas at Lehman Brothers working with high net worth private clients and major institutional money managers in the Southeastern U.S. until 1973. This was followed by time in Lehmanโ€™s Paris, London and New York offices working to enlarge their institutional client base throughout Europe and the Middle East. In 1980 he then helped establish AG Edwardsโ€™s New York office with the goal of adding foreign clients to their U.S. business structure. After thirty years with Lehman and AG Edwards he started his own Houston-based business in 1997, which he later sold. He spent a short time with Morgan Stanley and then joined Fisher Investments in 2003.
