Great Place to Work® certifies companies based on anonymous employee survey results across key factors including compensation, benefits, career advancement opportunities, competence of management and overall workplace atmosphere. Survey feedback revealed Fisher Investments UK’s employees believe the company provides a fair, welcoming and service-focused work environment.

To be considered for this certification, Great Place to Work® analysed anonymous survey feedback from Fisher Investments UK employees. Employees responded to more than 60 survey questions describing the extent to which their organisation creates a great work environment. Fisher Investments and its affiliates pay a participation fee to Great Place to Work, which covers the cost of administering the survey to employees and the analysis and delivery of survey results.
