The ATD BEST Award recognizes organizations that emphasize developing their employees to achieve enterprise-wide success. In awarding an ATD BEST Award to Fisher Investments, ATD cited the company for its work in several areas, including:
“Our employees are the backbone of our business, and we are honored to be recognized for the investments we make in them,” said Chief Executive Officer Damian Ornani. “Our approach to education and training goes well beyond ‘checking the box’ and is geared to building lifelong careers for our employees.”
“The BEST Award is an exciting honor that names us among the global elite for employee training and development,” said Chief Human Capital Officer Lane Jarvis. “It recognizes our firm’s strong culture of learning; we’re dedicated to providing employees with the right training to help them succeed and grow rewarding Fisher careers.”
ATD received entries for the BEST Award from 142 organizations. These organizations submitted quantitative and qualitative information about their talent development practices and programs. Applications were assessed in a rigorous blind review by members of the BEST Awards advisory committee comprised of experts in the field. Fisher Investments paid an application fee to be considered for this award.
