Top 20 Best Workplaces in Texas

Fisher Investments has been named the 20th Best Workplace in Texas for 2019, by Great Place to Work (GPTW) and Fortune magazine.

GPTW analyzed anonymous survey feedback from more than 42,000 Texas-based employees across hundreds of employers to determine the 2019 Best Workplaces in Texas. Participants responded to more than 60 survey questions describing the extent to which their organization creates a great work environment. From these results, Fisher Investments ranked #20 in the large company category. To be considered for this award, companies had to meet the Great Place to Work-certified standard.

Highlights of Fisher Investments’ employee responses to the GPTW survey include:

• 83% say Fisher Investments is a great place to work.
• 94% believe our customers would rate the service we deliver as “excellent.”
• 94% say employees are made to feel welcome when they join the company.
• 93% say management is honest and ethical in the firm’s business practices.
• 92% say that Fisher Investments’ benefits are special and unique.
